You are responsible for the information you put in your profile and for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not impersonate anyone or post content that isn't yours to share.
The following are not allowed on Crip:
We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these standards. Use the report button on any profile to flag bad behaviour — a human reviews every report.
Crip has zero tolerance for human trafficking, sexual exploitation, and abuse of any kind. You must not use Crip to:
Violating this section results in immediate, permanent removal from Crip without refund. We cooperate with law enforcement and may preserve and disclose account information, messages, and media in response to lawful requests or where we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to prevent imminent harm to any person. If you or someone you've met on Crip is in danger, contact local emergency services. In the U.S. you can also reach the National Human Trafficking Hotline at 1-888-373-7888 (text "HELP" to 233733) or the National Domestic Violence Hotline at 1-800-799-7233. Report abuse from any profile in the app, or email hello@crip-dwd.com.
Crip has absolute zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material ("CSAM") and any form of child sexual exploitation. Crip is an adults-only (18+) service. You must not, under any circumstance, use Crip to:
Any violation of this section results in immediate, permanent account termination without refund and preservation of related account data. As required by U.S. law (18 U.S.C. § 2258A), Crip reports apparent CSAM and related offences to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline, which in turn coordinates with law enforcement worldwide. We may also disclose account information to other lawful authorities where required or where we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to protect a child from harm.
To report suspected CSAM or child exploitation on Crip, use the in-app report button or email hello@crip-dwd.com with the subject line "CSAM report". You can also report directly to NCMEC at report.cybertip.org or 1-800-843-5678. Outside the U.S., report to your national hotline via INHOPE. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
Premium subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Payments are processed by Stripe.
All Premium subscription payments are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial subscription periods, unused time, or features you didn't use. When you cancel, your Premium access continues until the end of the current billing period and then stops — you won't be charged again.
If you believe you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge or a charge after a confirmed cancellation), email hello@crip-dwd.com within 30 days and we'll review it. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable refund rights you have under the laws of your country or state.
You keep ownership of your photos and profile content. You grant Crip a limited, worldwide licence to host and display that content for the purpose of running the service.
You can delete your account at any time from Your profile → Delete account. Deletion permanently removes your profile, photos, matches, and messages. We may also terminate accounts that breach these terms.
Crip is provided "as is". We don't guarantee you'll find a match, that the service will be uninterrupted, or that every user is who they say they are. Meet new people safely — pick public places, tell someone where you're going.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app before they take effect.
